Job summary

Shelburne Smile Centre seeks a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from consultation through treatment, explaining plan options and financing with empathy. You will coordinate appointments, liaise with clinical and administrative teams, and ensure a seamless patient journey focused on comfort and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating patient care and explaining treatment options.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients.
• Proficient with dental software and scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.
