Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the PCS/PCC team, manage queue and staffing to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and prescription flow to ensure alignment with business objectives and patient satisfaction.
• Lead team meetings, manage performance, and conduct annual reviews where required.
• Identify training needs and provide or source training for the PCS/PCC team.
