Responsibilities

• Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy.
• Counsel on prescriptions and OTC products while maintaining privacy requirements.
• Dispense medication accurately and within scope of practice.
• Coordinate with health care providers and other professionals for customer care.
• Maintain documentation and records per legislation and policy.
• Manage dispensary workflow and inventory levels.
• Oversee stock and supplier orders; ensure regulatory reporting where required.
