This full-time role requires a High School Diploma and prior healthcare front desk experience. You will handle inbound calls, schedule patients, balance cash, and uphold a high standard of patient service and safety across the clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a healthcare front desk or patient service role preferred.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out patients using EPIC.
• Verify patient demographics and collect co-payments.
• Provide receipts and paperwork for scheduled appointments.
• Answer and route calls for efficient communication.
• Schedule patients and document information in the EMR.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile payments daily.
• Maintain patient experience and safety per policies.
