Endodontic Care Cambridge seeks a warm, organized Patient Care Coordinator to become one of the first members of our Cambridge team.

You’ll greet patients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and support front-desk operations to keep the office running smoothly.

Dental experience is an asset but not required; we value clear communication, initiative, and a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or client-facing roles.
• Healthcare or customer service background is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from first contact.
• Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care.
