Job summary

Capital Corner Dental in Regina, SK is seeking a Patient Care/Treatment Coordinator to support patient flow and ensure a smooth office experience.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends, and offers state-of-the-art technologies and a collaborative team environment. Prior dental-office coordination and MS Office proficiency, along with strong patient communication, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Office Administrator / Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator.
• Experience as Patient Care or Treatment Coordinator is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook in particular).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities
