Job summary

Snore MD in Vancouver is seeking a driven Clinical Coordinator to keep a busy sleep clinic running smoothly. You’ll coordinate appointments, triage referrals, and support patients through HSAT setups while collaborating with doctors and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administration, coordination, or clinical support experience in Canada.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and communicates clearly with team and doctors.
• Comfortable with standard office software and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinic Flow: schedule appointments and triage referrals promptly and professionally.
• Be the Connection: communicate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners.
• Keep Us Moving: own clinic operations, including inventory and sleep test equipment.
• Deliver Better Sleep: guide patients through HSAT setup and processes with clarity.
• Administrative Rockstar: handle insurance paperwork and daily documentation.
• Support the Mission: contribute to a welcoming patient experience, even on peak days.

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, Saturdays required)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage range: $22–$25/hr + up to $4/hr in monthly bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes — keeping a busy clinic running smoothly and confidently handling whatever the day throws at you.

• Manage Clinic Flow: Take charge of appointment scheduling and triage referrals with speed, care, and professionalism
• Be the Connection: Communicate assertively and clearly with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners
• Keep Us Moving: Own clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management
• Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and confidence
• Administrative Rockstar: Take ownership of insurance paperwork and daily documentation, staying on top of details even when things get busy
• Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience — even on the busiest days

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone dependable, assertive, and detail-oriented who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting:

• 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a clinical support role in Canada
• A confident, proactive approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do, you take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with MS Office or Google Suite
• Lives in Vancouver, BC or nearby areas and able to commute daily
• Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)
• Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
