Responsibilities

• Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes.
• Verify immigration documents and manage baggage.
• Resolve disruptions and arrange alternative flights.
• Assist deplaning and boarding for on-time departures.
• Process cargo shipments.
• Promote company products, services, and guidelines.
• Maintain safety and a friendly passenger experience.
• Support accessibility needs of passengers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
