Job summary

Murray Chevrolet Cadillac Lethbridge is seeking a Parts Technician to support customers, technicians, and the Service Department in a fast-paced car dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive Parts experience preferred, willing to train someone with less experience.
• Valid class 5 driver's license is required.
• Journeyman Parts Technician certificate is an asset.
• Previous dealership Parts experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customer and technician needs.
• Providing customers with information about accessory parts, products, and current specials.
• Identifying opportunities to increase parts sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and products.
• Participating in departmental cross-training, including shipping and receiving, parts delivery, inventory management, and general cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe Parts Department.
• Assisting with inventory management and other departmental duties as required.
• Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Moderate physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs on a regular basis.

We are currently looking for a Parts Technician to join our team at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac Lethbridge.

As a Parts Technician, you will play an important role in supporting our customers, technicians, and Service Department. Your responsibilities will include:
