Job summary

Murray Chevrolet Winnipeg is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department, drive inventory accuracy, and support Service and Sales teams with exceptional parts availability. You will build a high-performing, customer-focused operation within the Murray Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Parts Department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking strategies to support Service, Sales, wholesale, and retail demand.
• Coach, develop, and support Parts Advisors and team members while fostering a productive, customer-focused culture.
• Partner with Service, Technicians, and Sales teams to ensure timely parts availability and seamless dealership operations.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while managing pricing, ordering, returns, and warranty processes.
• Monitor KPIs, including sales, gross profit, fill rates, and inventory turnover, to drive department success.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure professional, timely support for all internal and external customers.
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies while ensuring accurate records, reporting, and inventory controls.

The Role

As the Parts Manager, you'll lead the Parts Department by ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and exceptional support for our Service and Sales teams. As a key member of the Fixed Operations leadership team, you'll build a well-organized, high-performing department that delivers the right parts, at the right time, while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
