Wajax Corporation in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Operations role to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests and delivery commitments to customers, while administering warranty programs.
You will support the day-to-day parts sales operations, drive efficiency across branch workflows, train parts reps, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and colleagues to meet service and cost targets.
Accountable/responsible for ensuring parts requests are fulfilled at a high standard of quality to customers by quoted delivery date; ensuring consistent application and administration of the company’s parts and warranty programs.
Education: College diploma / Post secondary Education in Commerce, General Business or other related discipline
Work Experience: 3-5 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
Knowledge: Experience working with budgets, analyzing budgets and developing targets
Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
