Job summary

Wajax is seeking a branch operations leader to manage Parts & Service sales, budgets, and performance. You will work with customers, suppliers and staff to ensure profitable service delivery and inventory levels.

The role emphasizes training, cost control, and ensuring service excellence in a diverse industrial supply environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: College diploma / post-secondary education.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations.
  • Knowledge: Budgets - experience budgeting, analyzing budgets, developing targets.
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Accountable/responsible for managing branch operations to achieve set company targets, to implement and support policies, goals and objectives of Wajax and to ensure branch activities support a safe, efficient and productive atmosphere

The Role

Compensation

Base pay $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per annum plus Annual Incentive Bonus. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
