Job summary

401auto in Winnipeg is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to be the friendly face of our service department, guiding customers through a smooth, efficient visit from check-in to pick-up.

You will coordinate daily parts and service needs, schedule vehicle maintenance, prepare work orders, manage inventory, and communicate repair timelines to customers, ensuring a high-energy, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years as a service advisor, or in a related customer service role.
• RV experience.
• Dealership experience considered a major asset.
• Valid G Driver's Licence.
• Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements.
• Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation.
• Order automotive parts and supplies from vendors.
• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels.
• Identify and source correct parts using catalogs and vehicle information.
• Provide parts availability, pricing, and delivery estimates.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and service timelines.
• Coordinate parts requirements with technicians and service staff.
• Follow up on backordered, delayed, or special-order parts.
• Process parts returns, warranty claims, and credits.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and service work.
• Maintain customer, vehicle, vendor, and service records.
• Other duties as assigned.
