Job summary

PartSource in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada is seeking a PartsPro to assist customers with identifying and selling automotive parts using our parts lookup systems. You will help customers by explaining features, benefits and warranty details while keeping the store tidy and merchandised to brand standards.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and adhering to PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for automobiles with basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Proficient with computer systems, including POS.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with PPE and required footwear.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using the PartSource Operating System and external vendor platforms.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete assigned store tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Follow PPE guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
