Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies in Innisfil, ON is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to serve as the link between customers and the shop. You will guide repairs, manage parts, and ensure accurate RO documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Compensation ranges from CAD 45,000 to 55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the parts store.
• Ascertain auto services by listening to symptoms, clarifying problems, and inspecting.
• Check in RVs with inspection sheets and write repair orders with customer sign-off.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour.
• Prepare repair orders and enter them into the service database.
• Provide parts to the Auto and RV Technicians for ROs.
• Assist happy clients in obtaining the right products.
• Perform parts inventory audits.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines.

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our high-performing dealership team! In this dual-role position, you'll be the face of our service department- guiding customers through repairs and maintenance while ensuring the right parts are always in play.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: 2060 Commerce Park Dr, Innisfil ON

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist clients in the parts store


• Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules


• Check in customer RV's with inspection sheet, write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off and Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions


• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles


• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system


• Provide Parts or the Auto and RV Techs for ROs.


• Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products


• Ability to perform parts inventory audits


• Work without constant supervision


• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines


• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
