Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a Parts & Service Advisor at our Innisfil location to bridge customers with the shop, ensuring the right parts and top-tier service to keep wheels turning smoothly. This dual-role combines parts knowledge and service guidance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, solid automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with OEM and aftermarket quotes.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Understanding of automotive parts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the parts store.
• Ascertain auto services by listening to symptoms and inspecting vehicles.
• Check in RVs with inspection sheets and write repair orders.
• Develop estimates by costing materials and labour.
• Prepare repair orders and enter into service database.
• Provide Parts to Auto and RV Techs for ROs.
• Assist happy clients in obtaining the right products.
• Perform parts inventory audits.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
