Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring an Automotive Parts Advisor to power the service department by supplying technicians and customers with the right parts—quickly and accurately. You will work at the Woodstock location, supporting a fast-paced team and ensuring parts availability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive roles, positive customer-facing skills, and a solid parts knowledge base. A valid driver's license is required; dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive experience.
• 2-3 years as a dealership Parts Advisor is a plus.
• Solid understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the parts store.
• Provide parts for service technicians and ROs.
• Help customers find the right products quickly and accurately.
• Perform parts inventory audits and maintain accuracy.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and work with the team.
