Leavitt Machinery in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team. You will provide sales and technical support to Parts customers and the Service department, while managing receiving, delivery and inventory of parts.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of related parts experience, proficient MS Office and ERP skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. This onsite role offers base pay of 69k–80k CAD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a related parts role.
• Automotive or Heavy Duty Journey person certification is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• ERP and parts organization software experience is strongly preferred.
• A customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers.
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets.
• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes.
• Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders.
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts.
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts.
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders.
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently.
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents.

The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The base pay range for this role is: $69,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Brampton, Ontario.
