Maxim Truck & Trailer Inc. in Brandon, MB, is seeking a Parts Sales Professional (Outside Sales) on a 5-month contract to grow our heavy‑duty parts business.

You will sell to new and existing customers, follow up on needs, quote parts, and support counter staff while delivering reliable customer service. A valid Class 5 license and strong sales acumen are required.

Formación

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Sales and customer service focus.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships off site.
• Ability to prospect new customers (i.e., cold calling).
• Easily builds rapport and relationships with people at all levels.
• Prior parts order desk experience (or equivalent truck/trailer parts knowledge) is an asset.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Regularly sets and meets priorities and long term goals.
• Ability and willingness to complete ongoing sales training.
• Shows assertiveness, persuasiveness, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel, email, internet.

Responsabilidades

Are you a recent post-secondary graduate with a passion for customer service and outside sales? Are you eager to gain experience as in an outside Business to Business sales role or are a seasoned professional, hoping to wean down hours until retirement? If so, this may be a great fit for you!

We are seeking an energetic, sales-minded individual to fill a temporary Parts Sales Professionals (Outside Sales) position to sell heavy-duty truck & trailer parts to new and existing customers in Brandon and su rrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Regularly following up with customers, determining changing needs, and promoting new and existing products to meet those needs.
• Sources parts and quotes prices.
