Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring budget goals are met and customer relationships are strengthened. You will supervise staff, hire and train, and manage performance while analyzing variances to improve profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive strategic plans with the Regional Manager, and maintain strong vendor partnerships to support growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Parts Technician or similar role in the dealership/trucking industry.
• Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of business principles and sound business judgment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

The Parts Manager oversees the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring budget goals are met, expenses are managed, and customer relationships are maintained.
