Vision Truck Group – Stoney Creek is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department at our Stoney Creek location. You will oversee front and shop counter estimates, supervise staff, and manage inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in heavy equipment, with three in a supervisory role, and a professional, team‑oriented approach. We offer competitive wages, vacation, pension, loyalty bonuses, and strong benefits.

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Heavy Equipment industry or similar industry.
• At least three (3) of those years must have been in a supervisory position.

Position: Parts Manager
Salary: Starting from $89,000 per year, depending on experience

Vision Truck Group is searching for an experienced Parts Manager with drive and determination to support the day-to-day management and leadership skills required to oversee the Parts Department at our Stoney Creek location.

The successful candidate will be someone who has previous experience as a Parts Manager, is professional in their approach, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work successfully as part of a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer estimates for front counter and shop counter.
• Help with the hiring process, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term goals, which will ensure that the company achieves its commitment to on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public.
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Set and enforce a policy on the special ordering of parts. Ensure that stock orders represent at least 90 percent of all orders.
• Establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate sufficient gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Ensure that the same high-quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
• Track the performance of department, direct reports, and staff.
• Hold weekly department meetings.
• Monitor parts department employees' payroll records and submit weekly.
• Coordinate a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.
• Participate as a member of the management team reporting to the Director of Parts Operations.
• Develop, enforce, and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Accordingly handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good knowledge of and follow all safety policies, rules, regulations as required by the company and legislation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, rules, and regulations by all employees under as required by the company and legislation.
• Ensure all PPE is worn at all times and the use of any optional additional PPE is encouraged.
• Respond to any workplace hazards identified by the JHSC.
• Investigate incidents that result in vehicle damage.
• Insure correct handling and storage of all products.
• Maintain a company issued H&S Policy Manual for reference when needed.
• Respond to and correct unsafe behaviours.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Heavy Equipment industry or similar industry. At least three (3) of those years must have been in a supervisory position.
