Inland Truck & Equipment in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is hiring a Parts Counterperson to assist customers and technicians with parts and supplies. You will drive sales while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in a parts counter role, and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position at our Saskatoon dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred.
• Prior parts counter sales experience or parts/warehousing knowledge preferred.
• At least 4+ years of work experience in a parts counter role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification or ability to attain certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians
• Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction
• Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning
• Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
• Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders
• Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock
• Accurately document all shipping and receiving of parts
• Maintain files and update parts related information on a regular basis

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in obtaining required parts and supplies while achieving monthly sales targets through encouraging additional parts sales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians
