Excellence Peterbilt in the Estrie region is seeking a Parts Service Sales Representative to promote heavy-duty truck parts and services and to build strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.

The role requires strong knowledge of the trucking industry, excellent communication in English and French, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in parts and service sales within trucking.
• Strong knowledge of the Estrie region and customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Promote heavy-duty truck parts and services to customers.
• Build relationships with existing clients and reach new ones.
• Increase Estrie region visibility through field visits and calls.
• Advise clients using trucking industry knowledge and market trends.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Concretely, in this position you will take care of:

• Promote our heavy-duty truck parts and services.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and reach out to new ones.
• Boost our visibility in the Estrie region through field visits, phone outreach, and industry events.
• Advise clients by leveraging your knowledge of the trucking industry and market trends.
• Maintain close follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction—and keep them coming back.

Experience, training and skills that would be very useful

• Hands‑on experience in parts and service sales within the trucking industry.
• Good knowledge of the Estrie region.
• Natural ease in communicating and building trusting relationships.
