Excellence Peterbilt in Montreal is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. You’ll receive and inspect merchandise, prepare orders, load pallets, and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.

We offer a 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits including telemedicine, health/dental, RRSP, and paid time off. Join a supportive team and contribute to smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar shipping, receiving, or warehouse position.
• Bilingual to communicate with English-speaking carriers.
• Comfortable with technology and data entry.
• Forklift operator certification is asset.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy loads.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and autonomy.
• Reliability and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise.
• Prepare orders and shipments.
• Load pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Process merchandise returns.
• Enter received and shipped items into the computer system.
• Rotate merchandise related to claim requests.
• Safely handle and move parts and merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with different team members to ensure smooth operations.
