Job summary

Excellence Peterbilt in Montreal is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to connect customers with our trucking solutions. You will promote heavy‑duty parts and services while building lasting relationships with clients in the Montreal area.

The role combines field activity, phone outreach and participation in industry events to grow our presence. You’ll leverage market knowledge to advise customers and help them select the best parts and services and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales experience in parts and services within the trucking industry.
• Good knowledge of the Montreal area.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for challenges and a drive to meet targets.
• Bilingual in French and English to communicate with customers.

Today, we’re looking for a Parts & Service Sales Representative to showcase our expertise throughout the Montreal area.

Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the link between our customers and our solutions. You’ll help our trucking industry partners find exactly what they need while staying on the lookout for new business opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (day shift - 40 hours)

In this role, you will:

• Promote our heavy-duty truck parts and services;
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new ones;
• Grow our presence throughout the Montreal area by being out in the field, on the phone, and at industry events;
• Advise customers using your knowledge of the trucking industry and market trends;
• Follow up closely with customers to ensure they’re satisfied - and keep coming back to us.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on sales experience in parts and services within the trucking industry;
• Good knowledge of the Montreal area;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• A passion for challenges and a drive to meet - and exceed - your targets;
• Bilingual in French and English (required to communicate effectively with customers).
