Job summary

Colonial Group in Laval, Quebec is seeking a Parts & Service Representative to connect customers with our trucking solutions. You will promote heavy-duty truck parts and services, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence across the Montreal area through fieldwork, calls, and industry events.

You will advise customers using your trucking industry knowledge and market trends, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. A bilingual English/French communicator is required.

• Hands-on experience selling parts and services in the trucking industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English and French required to communicate with customers.

As a Parts & Service Representative, you’ll be the link between our customers and our solutions. You’ll help our trucking industry partners find exactly what they need while staying alert to new business opportunities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday — Day Shift, 40 hours/week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Promote our heavy-duty truck parts and services
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Strengthen our presence throughout the Montreal area by being active in the field, on the phone, and at industry events
• Advise customers using your knowledge of the trucking industry and market trends
• Follow up closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied — and keep coming back to us
