Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies at Audi Thornhill is seeking a Sales Consultant to convert leads into loyal customers. This commission-based role rewards performance and independent drive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will follow up on leads, meet department goals, promote new business, and deliver a superior buying experience while maintaining expert knowledge of our vehicle lineup and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and decisive decision-making.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience.
• OMVIC License required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meet individual and department goals
• Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models
