Job summary

BMW/MINI Moncton is seeking a parts advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter. You will handle phone calls and emails from customers, assist with parts selection, and help maintain accurate inventory levels.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays during tire season. Bilingual English–French is preferred, and a college diploma is a plus. The role includes competitive wages, a group benefits plan from day one, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a Parts role is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
• Excellent listening and communications skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Has a general understanding of automotive systems and parts.
• Must be alert to sales opportunities by asking customers questions.

Responsibilities

• Regular schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• You will be required to work rotational Saturdays during the Spring and Fall tire season, from 8am to 1pm.

This role pays a combination of hourly wages and bonus. The total annual compensation is between $39,520 to $51,500.
