Job summary

Volkswagen Moncton is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter. You will answer phones and emails, upsell parts, and help customers find the right parts for their vehicle.

We value self-motivated individuals who work well on a team, understand automotive systems, and are fluent in English and French. The role includes a mix of hourly wages and bonus with a total compensation range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a Parts role required.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter.
• Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
• Up-sell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
• Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system.

Volkswagen Moncton is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.

• Regular schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Some flexibility will be required for 7:30am starts or 5:30pm finishes as needed.
• You will be required to work rotational Saturdays during the Spring and Fall tire season, from 9am to 1pm.

This role pays a combination of hourly wages and bonus. The total annual compensation is between $45,000 to $55,000.
