Job summary

Lounsbury Automotive Dalhousie in Dalhousie, NB is hiring a Service Advisor. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, representing the Chevrolet brand, and building relationships to provide value-added services through sales. Hours are Monday to Friday, full-time, hourly pay.

Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/French is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department.
• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer.
• Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services.
• Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

The Opportunity

The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand. If you enjoy building relationships with people and you like to provide value-added services by selling, then this position is for you! This is a full-time, hourly-paid position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.
