Job summary

Vision Ford in Atholville, NB is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our customer-focused team and provide outstanding parts counter service. The role includes handling phone and email inquiries, upselling parts, and maintaining accurate inventory while adhering to Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm hours.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and is willing to learn new software; automotive parts experience and bilingual English/French are assets.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive industry experience is an asset.
• Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter.
• Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers about parts.
• Upsell or suggestively sell parts based on customer needs.
• Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
• Perform physical inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate in the system.

Vision Ford is looking for a Parts Advisor.

This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter
