The Humberview Group is seeking a Senior Parts Advisor to join its Humberview Trucks team in Mississauga. You will handle medium duty parts, primarily serving Online and Wholesale customers, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing orders, inventory, and pricing. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 per year.

• Punctuality and reliability in daily tasks.
• Experience with CDK software is an asset.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Desire to deliver excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all parts products.
• Greet customers promptly on the phone and in person.
• Sell parts through shop, phone, and over the counter.
• Assist Technicians/Retail/Wholesale/Online customers with parts selection.
• Provide price quotes and product information.
• Check item availability and backorder status.
• Prepare daily orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Retrieve parts from stock and process returns.

OurParts Advisors handle Medium Duty Parts. This role primarily focuses on selling parts to Online and Wholesale customers.

The PartsAdvisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, filling orders, serving Technicians/Retail/Wholesale/Online customers, receiving orders, stocking shelves, and inventory management.

Compensation:$60,000 to $95,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all parts products.
• Greets all customers promptly on the telephone.
• Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
• Assists Technicians/retail/wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
• Provides price quotes and other related parts information.
• Determines availability on out-of-stock items.
• Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Retrieves parts purchased from stock.Issues credit for parts returned.
• Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
