Mann-Northway Auto Source, part of the AutoCanada dealer network, is seeking a Back Counter Parts Advisor in Prince Albert, SK. You will research and source parts, quote prices, and assist technicians and customers with parts and service orders in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, CDK familiarity, and solid inventory knowledge, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive dealership and/or Parts Department is preferred.
• Post-secondary program completion or training is an asset.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management.
• Diplomacy, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional integrity and reliability.
• Detail oriented and resourceful.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a bonus.
• Ability to meet physical demands (heavy lifting).
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Sell parts to customer or service work orders.
• Complete special-order parts requests that need to be ordered by the customer.
• Communicate with customers on status of orders and notify upon delivery.
• Pickup parts for customers or technicians as required.
• Restock shelves and organize warranty parts.
• Keep work area and displays clean.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Research and source parts for technicians/internals
• Issue parts price quotes

• Pick-up parts for customers or technicians as required

What Are The Must-haves…

• Some familiarity and/or experience with working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department
• Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered an asset
• Experience with CDK is considered an asset
• A general understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
• High-level skills in Word, Excel and MS Office etc.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license and have a safe driving history
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Microsoft EXCEL knowledge is a bonus

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $48,000 – $65,000 Salary. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program for this role, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
