Discover Banff Tours is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Product Services team in Banff. You will generate leads, build partnerships, and bring in group and corporate business through outreach, partner visits, trade shows, FAM trips, and product knowledge sessions.

You’ll balance this outward-facing work with focused office time to complete sales reports, analyze data, maintain partner records, and assist with contracting.

Aufgaben

• Generate leads through cold calls, targeted emails, networking, and in-person outreach to prospective partners and clients.
• Develop partnerships and pursue group bookings, corporate outings, and new sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads, coordinate quotes, and follow up through to booking.
• Build and maintain hotel, concierge, and wholesale relationships; coordinate visits and events.
• Attend and represent brands at trade shows; coordinate participation and follow ups.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions for in-resort hotels and major wholesale clients.
• Assist with contracting, including sending approved rates and agreements and tracking acknowledgements.
• Track outreach, leads, bookings, and revenue; maintain a sales pipeline and report against goals.
• Analyze booking data and partner feedback to guide outreach and growth recommendations.
