Job summary

The Banff Lake Louise Tourism Bureau is seeking a Visitor Experience Specialist to engage with visitors across in-person, phone, and LiveChat channels, offering trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance stays in Banff National Park.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team, bring a passion for tourism and local knowledge, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace while supporting a values-led destination.

Job description

As a Visitor Experience Specialist, you will engage with visitors across multiple channels including in-person, over the phone, and on LiveChat . Visitors will look to you for trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance their stay in Banff National Park. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to learn about everything Banff and Lake Louise have to offer, we'd love to have you join our team!
