Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for guests planning their Banff getaway. You will assist guests, travel agents and partners by phone and email, turning inquiries into bookings with knowledge of Banff offerings and services.

You will confidently upsell hotels, packages and services, process deposits and payments, and provide accurate information on terms and check-in details while collaborating with Front Office and wholesalers.

• Previous customer service, sales or reservations experience is an asset.
• Hospitality property management system experience is an asset.

• Explain booking terms, conditions, cancellation policies and check-in information.
• Work closely with Front Office, booking partners and wholesalers to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information in our systems.
