Job summary

Basecamp Resorts Ltd. in Canmore/Calgary AB seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, manage partnerships, and coach the sales team across Basecamp Resorts and Everwild.

You will lead outreach, proposals, negotiations and trade shows, aligning with Revenue and Marketing to optimize bookings and guest experiences. The role requires at least three years in hospitality sales, strong relationship-building, and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to source and convert new business through outbound prospecting.
• Strong account management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new group, corporate, travel trade and partnership business.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and ensure clear follow-up and service standards.
• Implement revenue, production and activity targets with KPI-based reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations on pricing and promotions.
• Represent both brands at trade shows and local events.
