Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director, Partnership Growth will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships within their market in the Americas. They should be motivated, proactive, and capable of creating their own leads and converting inquiries swiftly. Success in this role could lead to broader opportunities within IWG, including international leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver at least 6 new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by $5 million+ to $10 million+ per year.
  • Increase awareness of the IWG partnership proposition through market development and networking.
  • Conduct regular discovery and proposal meetings to grow the pipeline towards deal closure.
  • Identify and engage potential partners via networking, prospecting, cold-calling, and other tactics.
  • Sourcing partners capable of rapid network growth through existing buildings or new acquisitions.
  • Sell partnership solutions, negotiate deals, and secure board approval.
  • Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts with legal support, spending significant time in the field generating leads and closing deals.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or B2B business development in a fast-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on results, capable of sourcing and closing deals quickly.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple large deals ($250,000+ investment) rapidly.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and with a risk-taking attitude.
  • Good business and financial acumen to support the sales process.
Compensation and Employment Details

National Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (based on location)

Uncapped Quarterly Commission: $26,000 - $100,000 (average based on performance)
