Senior Valves Sales Managers- Remote US

Are you a Valves Sales Manager seeking a new opportunity? Would you like the chance to work in a high-impact role responsible for sales growth? Join our growing Valves Team at Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company operating across the energy value chain in over 120 countries. The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing role, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. Responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within a specified region and industry.
  2. Developing and fostering relationships with key decision makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in the selection and purchase of control and relief valves.
  3. Expanding Baker Hughes valves sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit and customer engagement.
  4. Conducting external and internal market research and prospecting to build a robust, qualified sales pipeline.
  5. Coordinating with channel partner sales teams to cover key project stakeholders effectively.
  6. Sharing best practices within the region and with global sales teams.
  7. Providing regional market and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry.
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited college or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector.
  2. 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industries.
  3. Strong background in industrial B2B product sales, including knowledge of customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence others through data and experience.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment.
  6. Willingness to travel up to 50% for business.
