Job summary

Power to Change is seeking a Partner Care Associate in Abbotsford, BC, to support our donors through timely responses and accurate processing of donations. This role sits within the Partner Care team and reports to the Partner Care Manager.

You will manage donations, update donor records, and handle inbound/outbound inquiries with care and accuracy. A background in customer service and database familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Experience with donor databases (Donor Direct preferred).
• Customer service or call center experience.
• Administrative experience is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup and process credit card donations.
• Answer calls and emails from donors and staff.
• Update donor accounts.
• Keep records of donor interactions, process transactions, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to donors.
• Ensure donations database (Donor Direct) is maintained.

Title: Partner Care Associate

Ministry: Partner Care

Location: Abbotsford, BC (P2C National Resource Center)

Reports to: Partner Care Manager

Position type: Full-time/Contract (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)

About the Team:

Partner Care serves as the donations department of Power to Change. We are an efficient team that excels in handling high donation volumes with precision and care. Through strong communication and teamwork, we adapt quickly to challenges, ensuring seamless processing and a valued donor experience.

About the Role:

The Partner Care Associate (also known as the Partner Care Representative) will work within the Partner Care team to engage Power to Change’s valued donors by responding to and processing donor requests received through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails in a timely, courteous and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and process credit card donations

• Answer calls and emails from donors and staff

• Update donor accounts

• Keep a record of donor interactions, process transactions, and file documents

• Follow communication procedures and guidelines

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to donors

• Ensure donations database (Donor Direct) is maintained

About You:
