Power to Change in Canada seeks a staff member to work with the local Bridges team, building relationships with international students and running programs that meet practical, social and spiritual needs.
You will host events, mentor students, and serve as a cultural bridge to help them adapt to life in Canada, while praying, training, and coordinating with partners and churches. This role emphasizes discipleship, outreach, and teamwork within a national network.

Bridges staff work with their local team, building meaningful relationships with students from around the world. The staff member will help run programs or events that meet the practical, social and spiritual needs of students.
Ministry Partner Development (MPD) is the process of building a partnership team which provides financial and prayer support for your personal ministry. The financial support will cover the costs of the candidate’s salary and ministry expenses. Power to Change believes that Ministry Partner Development is biblical, a privilege and an integral part of being in ministry. Power to Change is committed to providing training and coaching that ensures success in Ministry Partner Development.
