Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One-year related post-secondary certificate required.
• Some post-secondary accounting/financial courses required.
• At least 2 years related Accounting / Cash office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receipts and codes all monies into the financial system.
• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile petty cash.
• Disburse petty cash for NPOs and other payments.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries.
• Maintain trust accounts and issue monthly statements.
• Audit petty cash and report discrepancies.
