Job summary

Cineplex Inc. in Sault Ste Marie is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a guest-focused team and uphold our reputation for a fun, engaging cinema experience. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, forecast projects, and collaborate across departments during peak periods. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong communication, conflict resolution, and flexibility

Qualifications

Experience in a similar environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume periods in multiple departments.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage the guest experience to make every visit enjoyable and encourage repeat visits.
Assist with managing theatre budget and driving revenue growth.
Forecast and initiate actions/projects to move the business forward across departments.
