Job summary

Cineplex Edmonton is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will actively participate in budget management and revenue growth initiatives, while forecasting actions to propel the venue forward.

The role requires flexibility to cover extended hours during peak periods and events. Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience in a busy setting, strong customer-focus, and proven ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees and step in when needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Assist with managing the theatre budget and aim to grow revenue.
• Forecast and initiate actions/projects to drive the business forward for Cineplex.
