Job summary

Cineplex is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help lead a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our theatres. You will support day-to-day operations, contribute to budget oversight, and help drive revenue while ensuring guests have a memorable night out.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments during high-volume periods. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered by Cineplex.

What you will do

Part-Time Assistant Manager Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
