Cineplex North Edmonton is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help manage daily operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue initiatives to drive the night out for moviegoers.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a similar environment.
• You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
• You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a dedicated team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
