Job summary

triOS College Hamilton is seeking a part-time Test Centre Administrator to ensure exams run smoothly in a quiet, orderly environment. You will greet candidates, manage check-in, and direct visitors.

You will help with scheduling, monitor testing rooms, enforce rules, and support daily operations. The role requires 1-2 years of admin and customer service, strong communication, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work varying shifts, as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all individuals on arrival and answer incoming calls.
• Ensure candidates store belongings and are aware of allowed items.
• Open daily testing, monitor rooms, and print schedules.
• Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with appropriate details.
• Enforce testing client rules and supervise exams to prevent cheating.
• Sign in and direct candidates to workstations; address questions.
• Perform other duties in the best interests of the College.
