Job summary

triOS Education Group is hiring a part-time Test Centre Administrator at the London, Ontario campus to ensure candidates write exams in a quiet, orderly environment and to serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of admin and customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking ability; a criminal background check is required. Start date: September 8, 2026; End date: May 7, 2027. Wage: $17.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience including documentation, record-keeping and file management.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greeting candidates and answering phone calls.
• Ensure lockers are used and rules for testing are followed.
• Open exams and print daily schedules.
• Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms.
• Proctor exams and monitor for cheating.
• Assist candidates and answer questions before, during, and after exams.
• Perform other duties in the best interest of the College.
