Job summary

triOS College in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Part-time Test Centre Administrator to ensure candidates write exams in a quiet, clean, and orderly environment. You’ll greet visitors and be the first point of contact.

Daily duties include storing belongings, verifying allowed items, printing schedules, and opening the testing room. You will proctor exams, guide students to stations, and enforce testing rules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience such as accurate documentation, record keeping and file management.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work varying shifts, as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all individuals upon arrival and answer incoming calls.
• Ensure candidates store belongings in lockers and are aware of allowed items.
• Open the exams each day, print the daily schedule, and manage schedules.
• Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with required information.
• Enforce test client rules for each exam.
• Proctor exams by patrolling the testing area and ensuring focus and policy compliance.
• Sign in and direct students to workstations and address questions.
• Other duties as assigned to support the College.
