• Collaborate with staff on ISPs, student documentation, and educational programming.
• Assist in identifying at-risk students and coordinating appropriate supports and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, educational assistants, and families.
• Provide guidance and support to educational assistants regarding student programming and instructional concerns.
• Facilitate professional learning opportunities for staff related to inclusive education.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and caregivers regarding student supports.
• Participate in scheduled collaboration meetings, both online and in person.

The Complexity Teacherprovides leadership in fostering inclusive educational practices and supporting student success across the school. This role collaborates with teachers, educational assistants, families, and support teams to ensure students receive appropriate accommodations, adaptations, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff on Individual Support Plans (ISPs), student documentation, and educational programming.
• Assist in identifying at-risk students and coordinating appropriate supports and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, educational assistants, and families.
• Provide guidance and support to educational assistants regarding student programming and instructional concerns.
• Facilitate professional learning opportunities for staff related to inclusive education.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and caregivers regarding student supports.
• Participate in scheduled collaboration meetings, both online and in person.
